## What does this error mean?

An EN 16931 invoice needs at least one VAT breakdown (BG-23).

## How to fix it

UBL: add TaxTotal/TaxSubtotal. CII: ApplicableTradeTax in the settlement. Required even at 0% (e.g. reverse charge) with the right category.
