## What does this error mean?

Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 requires the seller's electronic address (BT-34, EndpointID with schemeID) — without it, routing in the Peppol network fails.

## How to fix it

UBL: <cbc:EndpointID schemeID="…"> under the seller's cac:Party (e.g. schemeID 9930 for a German VAT id). CII: ram:URIUniversalCommunication/ram:URIID.
